Elena and Nick were married at the Heinz Chapel on one of the coldest days we have had this winter. Still, the day was absolutely beautiful! The couple, along with their family members, stayed at the Parador Inn of Pittsburgh. I fell in love with the eclectic decor of this little Inn along with all the natural lighting pouring in through the windows. Brides, if you are looking for a great place to stay, and want terrific photographs, I recommend this Inn.
The ceremony was held at the infamous Heinz Chapel. After the ceremony, everyone went to The Mattress Factory for the reception. Elena and Nick wanted an informal reception where the guests could relax and enjoy themselves. That they did. There was an extra bonus for the guests, since they could also take in all the exhibits. I didn't get to see a lot of the exhibits. However, based on the guest's comments, they were very interesting. I have to go back with my children.
Enjoy some memories of the day!
Just beautiful. I love my job! If you can call this work.
The Inn had bay windows everywhere to take advantage of.
The zebra rug accented Elena's shoes perfectly.
This shot makes me laugh. It looks like some cool karate move.
Elena is a bit ticklish, as you can see by her reaction to getting her toenails painted.
While the girls were doing their nails, the guys were having some...difficulty with the tie situation. Thanks, Beth, for capturing these fun images. As always, it was great working with you. To see some more images, you can go to Beth's blog. If they are not up, they will be shortly.
You may remember this face from a previous wedding? Erich turned around and saw me just as I snapped his surprised expression.
The groom is ready.
Beth took this image with her new macro lens. I want one of these!
